Chesapeake Charters – Stripers In December

The Never Enuff continues to prove is one of the best Chesapeake Charters in the Bay.   Captain Shawn Pruitt continues to find where the Stripers are and is putting them in the boat.

We will continue to fish through the week before Christmas and then we will be putting the Never E-Nuff in dry doc to get a new coat of paint and will be doing various upgrades and repairs.  She will be fishing again in March for the 2017 season.

The Stripers continue to congregate in the areas where the rivers and tributaries come into the bay.   Working the deeper water in these areas will continue to produce fish.  With the water temperatures now in the 40’s the fish will continue to get sluggish as they hunker down for the upcoming winter.

Sinker jigs or large plastic baits are the best choice for these conditions.

Unlike many smaller Chesapeake Charters the Never ENuff is set up to fish in these conditions.  Our galley and salon are big and comfortable.  The cabin is fully heated, has a clean bathroom and has room for 20+ people.   Feel free to bring your coolers with beverages and food.   The Never ENuff is set up for larger groups.
